the origin story (unfortunately)

we started bruh! duh! because the supplement industry is exhausting.

every brand promises to "unlock your potential" or "transform your life" while charging $60 for 100mcg of biotin and a proprietary blend that's mostly rice flour. influencers push whatever pays their mortgage. wellness gurus act like ashwagandha will solve capitalism.

we got tired of it.

so we made supplements that:

• use clinical doses (the amounts studies actually use)
• get third-party tested (we have receipts)
• cost 30-50% less than competitors
• don't make insane promises

we're not here to fix your life. we're here to sell you creatine that actually has 5g of creatine in it.

our philosophy (if you can call it that)

how we make this stuff

we work with FDA-registered, GMP-certified manufacturers in the US. we don't own factories (we're not that big yet), but we partner with facilities that produce for major brands.

every batch gets third-party tested for purity and potency. we're happy to provide certificates of analysis (COAs) if you email us.

we use clinical doses from peer-reviewed research. when studies show 5g of creatine works, we put 5g in the product. not 2g. not "a proprietary blend." 5g.
