OFFLINE: 30-60 minutes before bed

RESET: morning with breakfast

FUEL: 20-30 minutes before training (not after 5pm)

PUMP: 30 minutes before training

BOOST: morning with food

FLOW / GLOW / CALM: any time with food, consistency matters more than timing

don't. our doses are already at clinical levels. more ≠ better.

too much of certain things (like biotin, magnesium, vitamin D) can cause issues. stick to the label.

depends on the product:
